The software account management interface is also hosted on another server that is owned and managed by Storagepipe Solutions. We have appropriate measures in place at all of our locations to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected at our sites.              

We publish a newsletter, and we will never sell our subscriber’s email addresses.

We operate online surveys, and we never share or distribute our user’s email addresses.

Because this is a pay-as-you-go service, we are unable to offer refunds or credits, except in special instances of technical malfunctions. These credits will be given at the sole discretion of Sumo Backup management.
